Charges

Shipping is ₹99 per order. Shipping is free when the product subtotal is ₹2,500 or more.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days after payment. Courier delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your pincode. Remote locations may take longer.

Address

Please enter a complete address and a reachable mobile number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect address.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent by email or SMS once the courier picks up the parcel. If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours at hello@fragnance.co.in.
