Privacy policy

This policy applies to www.fragnance.co.in. We collect only what we need to fulfil perfume orders.

Information we collect

Name, email, mobile number, shipping address, pincode, order notes, and payment confirmation details from Razorpay (payment ID, order ID). We do not store your full card or UPI PIN. Card and UPI data is handled by Razorpay.

How we use it

To process payments, ship orders, share delivery updates, prevent fraud, and meet Indian tax and consumer-law requirements.

Sharing

We share data with Razorpay (payments) and courier partners (shipping). We do not sell customer data.

Retention and rights

Order records are kept as required for accounting. Email hello@fragnance.co.in to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data where the law allows.
