Refund and cancellation policy

Perfume is a personal-care product. Please read this before you order.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order by emailing hello@fragnance.co.in before it is packed. If payment was captured and we can stop dispatch, we refund the full amount including shipping.

Returns

Unopened bottles in original packing can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, leaking, or not what you ordered. Opened perfume cannot be returned for change-of-mind or scent preference, because it cannot be resold.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original Razorpay payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. We do not refund courier charges on change-of-mind requests once the order has shipped.

Failed payments

If Razorpay deducts money but the order is not confirmed, the amount is auto-reversed by Razorpay as per their timelines. Write to us with the payment ID if it does not reverse.
